Project DareDevil
A wearable spatial-awareness system that uses LiDAR sensing and directionally oriented vibrations to communicate nearby obstacles through touch.

The project’s first day
An early development record from the first day of work, filmed before Project DareDevil received its current name.
Spatial awareness you can feel.
Created with SOLIDWORKS, Arduino, EAGLE PCB, and Base C.
- SOLIDWORKS
Used to design the wearable housing that organized and protected the circuitry, user controls, and LiDAR sensor.

The prototype housing and sensor mount designed in SOLIDWORKS - Arduino
Provided the embedded hardware platform and development environment used to integrate the project's controls and sensors into a working prototype.
- EAGLE PCB
Used to develop the circuitry and PCB designs for the wearable system.
- Base C
Used within the Arduino environment to program sensor input, control behavior, and device responses with efficient embedded code.
